Do you know what life was like when your ancestors were alive?
Did they witness historic events? How did they communicate over long distances? What kinds of jobs would they have? How did they travel from place to place? There are so many questions to ask, but where do you begin to find the answers?
Our course, Research: Social History, will point you in the right direction. Among the topics discussed are domestic life, health issues, and occupations and wages. Social welfare, community, and education are further topics to explore. By researching the world your ancestors lived in you’ll begin to know who they were.
