Collection: Scottish Records

The Scottish Records Certificate BASIC level is complete as are 3 of the intermediate courses. There are courses in the Intermediate and Advanced level that remain to be completed. You can combine the Scottish courses as electives for the other country record groups like English or Irish or American, etc. to earn your PLCGS.

The PLCGS (Professional Learning Certificate Genealogical Studies) requires:
15 Methodology courses (including the new course, Latin for Genealogy)
14 Scottish Records
11 Elective courses (consider rounding out your professional career by using your electives toward another certificate.)
