What You Will Learn:

The preparation required to become a successful Genealogical Lecturer starts with looking at and developing your genealogy resume and biography. You will learn how to put together a description of your lecture, tips for effectives slide presentations and handouts, and along with a discussion of virtual lectures. Other course topics include marketing your business on social media, practical techniques for presenting, and what should be covered in a speaking contract. 

This course can be taken for personal interest or as an elective. It is one of the courses included in the Professional Development Certificate.
