Certificate in Genealogical Studies — Methodology (PLCGS)

Complete 15 compulsory credits to earn your Methodology Certificate. Note: Latin for Genealogists is required for all students completing Intermediate Methodology from 1 January 2025 onward. Students who completed Intermediate Methodology by 31 December 2024 may take it as an elective.

All PLCGS post-nominal certificates require the Methodology Certificate combined with your chosen country records and electives, for a minimum of 40 total credits.
